  • Though our experience has been with construction and real estate development, we work with a variety of small businesses across multiple industries.

  • We currently work primarily in Austin, Texas and the greater Austin area. While we are most familiar with the City of Austin and Travis County, we can permit in Williamson County, City of Georgetown, Hays County, Caldwell County, and other surrounding cities. That being said, we are remote and, therefore, open to working with companies anywhere.

  • We offer multiple packages that can address a wide scope of office and permit work. The prices will vary depending on what you require.

  • We can apply for residential and multifamilly permits, which include new construction, new additions, renovations, and other supplementary permits. We can also apply for express permits, supplementary permits, and other quick permits that do not apply to a large scale project. Trade permits (i.e.. plumbing, electrical, or mechanical) and other specialty permits may require a licensed contractor to apply.
